Consultant Urologist (Andrology) - Saudi Arabia

As a Consultant Urologist / Andrology, you will be responsible for providing expert care and treatment to patients suffering from disorders of the reproductive system, including genital dysfunction, infertility, an You will also be responsible for diagnosing and treating urinary tract disorders and urogenital cancers.

Responsibilities:

- Conduct thorough assessments of patients presenting with genital dysfunction and andrology-related issues, and develop treatment plans accordingly

- Perform a wide range of urological procedures, including surgeries, to address various conditions related to the reproductive system

- Utilize advanced diagnostic techniques, such as ultrasound and endoscopy, to accurately diagnose patients

- Collaborate with other medical professionals, including endocrinologists and fertility specialists, to provide comprehensive care to patients

- Stay updated with the latest advancements and techniques in urology and andrology to continuously improve patient care

- Provide education and counseling to patients and their families regarding their condition, treatment options, and post-operative care

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and ensure timely completion of all administrative tasks

- Show commitment to patient satisfaction and actively seek feedback to improve the quality of care provided

- Act as a mentor and resource for junior staff and contribute to the overall growth and development of the department

Requirements:

- Medical degree from an accredited institution

- Board certification in Urology

- Candidate must hold UK Certificate of Completion of Training (CCT), American Board certification, or Canadian Board certification

- Fellowship training in Genital Dysfunction and Andrology preferred

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Urology, with a focus on Genital Dysfunction and Andrology

- Proficient in using advanced diagnostic and surgical techniques

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with patients and colleagues

- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage a heavy workload

- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team

- Fluent in English, knowledge of Arabic is an advantage
