What You'll Work On:

1. Build and deploy internal automation tools that streamline processes and save time across teams.
2. Develop an AI-first framework to integrate LLMs and intelligent agents for smart workflow enhancements.
3. Collaborate with quants, traders, and engineers to identify inefficiencies and automate them.
4. Solve problems quickly using clean, scalable Python code.
5. Continuously experiment, optimize, and keep performance at its peak.
6. Stay ahead of the curve with the latest advancements in AI and automation .

What You Bring:

1. 3+ years of Python development experience .
2. Passion for building tools from scratch, solving real problems, and taking ownership.
3. Strong Python engineering fundamentals and an eye for scalable system design.
4. Familiarity with AI tools like Aider, Cursor, Windsurf, or DSPy (nice to have).
5. Hands-on experience with workflow orchestration tools (Airflow, Prefect, Mage.ai, etc.).
6. Bonus if you have exposure to Rust, SQL, ClickHouse, Kafka, or pub-sub architectures.
7. Strong math background or problem-solving skills are a plus.
