Quantity Surveyor - Junior

Job Description

• Assist with cost planning, budget tracking, and financial forecasting for ongoing projects.
• Prepare and maintain Bills of Quantities (BOQs), estimates, and tender documents in line with project specifications and standards.
• Participate in contract reviews, tracking of contractual obligations, and support in identifying variations and claims.
• Support the preparation of interim valuations, payment applications, and final accounts.
• Collaborate with procurement teams to support subcontractor and supplier evaluations, comparisons, and cost negotiations.
• Liaise with site engineers, planners, and commercial leads to monitor cost performance and alignment with project budgets.
• Maintain up-to-date records, documentation, and cost databases to support reporting and compliance requirements.
• Comply with BESIX procedures, safety standards, and quality controls.
