Affiliate Manager - FX & CFDs Industry - Dubai

Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Affiliate Marketing Manager with a strong background in Forex affiliate programs. This is a high-impact role where you will drive the affiliate strategy end to end: recruitment, onboarding, campaign execution, optimization, quality control and performance reporting. Your focus will be to generate high-quality leads (first‑time deposits) and revenue growth by building and scaling affiliate networks with precision.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement affiliate marketing strategies that target qualified traders across key geographies.
• Lead the creation and launch of an affiliate portal integrated with Cellxpert in partnership with development and marketing teams.
• Recruit and onboard affiliate networks and independent partners with a focus on high-performing regions.
• Serve as a Cellxpert expert: configure tracking, manage flows, commission models (CPA, CPL, RevShare), integrate MT5, handle payouts and generate reports.
• Collaborate with creative teams on landing pages, banners, email workflows and conduct A/B testing to improve funnel performance.
• Continuously monitor traffic quality, audit sources, identify junk traffic, enforce geo‑alignment and ensure compliance.
• Set monthly and quarterly targets per affiliate coach and support partners to meet or exceed goals.
• Prepare monthly performance reports that include metrics such as FTD volume, average LTV, top/underperforming networks, traffic by geography and traffic quality analysis.

Required Experience & Skills

• Minimum 2 years of hands‑on experience managing Forex affiliate programs with an existing network of contacts in affiliated networks or IBs.
• Deep understanding of commission models (CPA, CPL, RevShare) and real‑world application in campaigns.
• Proficiency with Cellxpert including tracking setup, flows, commissions, MT5 connection and reporting.
• Data‑driven mindset with strong analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, able to engage affiliates proactively.
• Solid project management ability, able to manage concurrent initiatives including strategy, platform management and affiliate site development.
• Familiarity with GTM, GA4, GSC, Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads or TikTok Ads Manager is beneficial.
• Experience using internal tools such as Lark, Outlook, Telegram, WhatsApp and reporting tools like Google Workspace, Excel, Notion, PowerPoint and BI dashboards.
• Fluent in English (written and verbal).
• Based in the UAE or ready to relocate.
