We are actively seeking an ambitious professional to join our Group Business Service team at ADCB to work alongside passionate colleagues who share your ambition to redefine excellence in UAE banking.

Responsibilities

  • Define and drive the strategic roadmap for AI / ML products aligned with ADCB’s transformation agenda
  • Translate Generative AI strategy into prioritized initiatives and scalable solutions
  • Lead cross-functional squads to deliver secure, compliant, and high-impact AI capabilities
  • Establish enterprise-grade evaluation frameworks for Large Language Models (LLMs) and agentic workflows
  • Define key performance indicators (KPIs), return on investment (ROI), and ethical benchmarks
  • Integrate observability tools and dashboards to monitor AI performance, fairness, and compliance
  • Own and manage multi-squad backlogs. Facilitate agile ceremonies across squads
  • Resolve cross-platform dependencies and drive velocity, quality, and value realization
  • Act as the primary interface between AI squads and senior business stakeholders
  • Translate technical capabilities into business narratives
  • Present product vision and impact to executive leadership
  • Evaluate emerging AI trends (LLMs, RAG, RLHF, agentic systems). Lead adoption of new tools (LangChain, Pinecone, Azure OpenAI)
  • Promote experimentation and contribute to ADCB’s AI community of practice
  • Manage self and team in line with ADCB’s people management policies, procedures, processes and practices to ensure adherence and to maximise own and employee contribution to business performance
  • Organise and supervise the activities and work of the team to ensure that targets and objectives are achieved and the business plan is delivered in line with the required policies, processes, procedures and systems
  • Implement approved departmental policies, processes and procedures, and ensure employee adherence so that work is carried out to the required standard while delivering the required standards of service to customers and stakeholders
  • Manage and motivate the team to ensure they contribute to, and participate in, the identification and implementation of change initiatives, programmes and projects in line with the Bank’s standards
  • Demonstrate Our Promise and apply the ADCB Service Standards to deliver the Bank’s required levels of service in all internal and external customer interactions

Qualifications

  • At least 7+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on AI, digital platforms, or enterprise technology solutions
  • Proven success in delivering enterprise AI platforms and leading cross-functional teams
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field. Master’s degree or certification in Product Management or AI Strategy is preferred
  • Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), SAFe Product Owner / Product Manager, or equivalent certifications are desirable
  • Strategic product planning
  • AI lifecycle and evaluation frameworks
  • Cross-functional leadership
  • Regulatory and ethical AI considerations
  • Advanced communication and influence
  • Familiarity with LLMs, RAG, RLHF, and agentic systems; tools such as Jira, LangChain, Azure OpenAI, Pinecone
