Land Surveyor

We are looking for an experienced Land Surveyor with a proven track record in high-rise construction projects across the UAE. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring accuracy in site measurements, setting-out works, and execution of structural and architectural elements in line with project specifications.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out all types of land surveying, including topographical, boundary, and setting-out for structural and finishing works.
• Interpret and work with drawings, site plans, and architectural / structural layouts.
• Conduct site inspections and verify levels, alignments, and dimensions for high-rise structures.
• Coordinate with engineers, consultants, and subcontractors to resolve site-related discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate field notes, survey data, and daily activity logs, including any deviations.
• Ensure proper calibration and maintenance of surveying instruments.
