Business Setup Manager

Overview

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Business Setup Manager to oversee company formation and business setup operations in the UAE. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of UAE free zones, mainland, and offshore company formation procedures, along with excellent client management and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end business setup processes for mainland, free zone, and offshore companies.
• Advise clients on the best business structures, licensing options, and jurisdiction requirements.
• Liaise with government authorities, free zones, and relevant departments to ensure smooth processing of applications.
• Stay up to date with UAE laws, regulations, and compliance requirements.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business.
• Train and lead a team of business setup executives and PROs.
• Handle renewals, amendments, visa applications, and other related services.
• Meet business targets and contribute to the company’s growth strategy.
