Key Responsibilities

• Build relationships with consultants, contractors, and facility teams; qualify leads and map stakeholders.
• Conduct site surveys; review tender drawings / specs, MEP schedules, and psychrometrics; capture duty points and T3 / GCC design conditions.
• Size / select AHUs / FAHUs / HRVs (coil / CFM / ESP) and VRF (load diversity, piping limits); choose fans / filtration grades and accessories.
• Prepare technical & commercial offers : BOQs, compliant deviations, data sheets, selection printouts, and submittal packages.
• Engineer options : energy recovery, EC fans, VFDs, UV / WM / ecology for kitchens, BMS interlocks; ensure ASHRAE / Eurovent alignment.
• Present solutions and value‑engineered alternatives; handle clarifications and design reviews.
• Negotiate pricing and terms with customers and suppliers; protect margin and delivery lead times.
• Maintain forecast accuracy and pipeline hygiene in CRM.
• Prepare order packs (approved drawings, selections, scope); coordinate with projects, logistics, and service.
• Support submittals, factory / client inspections (FAT / SAT), and handover; pursue upsell / cross‑sell opportunities.
• Documentation & Compliance : Ensure local authority alignment; prepare prequalification / tender documentation.
• Reporting : Weekly pipeline / status reviews; monthly order booking vs target; competitor and market intelligence.
