Are you a results-driven leader with a passion for Dubai’s off-plan real estate market? We’re looking for an experienced Head of Off Plan Sales (Team Leadership) to join our dynamic team at Arbore Real Estate.
Responsibilities
- Lead, manage, and inspire a team of real estate sales agents specializing in off-plan properties.
- Set clear KPIs for the sales team, monitor performance, and implement effective strategies to achieve targets.
- Drive team motivation, training, induction of new joiners, and regular performance reviews.
- Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with developers and clients.
- Oversee the end-to-end sales cycle to ensure seamless client experience.
Qualifications
Proven experience in Dubai real estate (minimum 3–5 years in off-plan sales).Strong track record in team handling, KPI allocation, performance management strategies, and induction of new team members.Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.RERA license preferred.What We Offer
