Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager to lead Data & AI initiatives across portfolio companies. The role involves implementing technology transformations, scaling AI solutions, and driving data-driven insights while managing projects and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Lead AI, data, and technology initiatives from strategy to execution
  • Oversee project delivery and external vendor engagements
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and portfolio stakeholders

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s in CS, Data Science, AI (Master’s preferred)
  • 10+ years of experience
  • Hands-on experience in AI implementation, data management, and technology projects
  • Strong project management, stakeholder management, and analytical skills
  • Proven ability to translate technical solutions into business impact
