Responsibilities Oversee daily operations of the hypermarket to ensure smooth functioning Develop and implement operational policies procedures and standards Manage staff including recruitment training and performance evaluations Monitor sales inventory and customer service metrics to achieve targets Ensure compliance with health safety and quality standards Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for procurement and logistics Handle customer complaints and resolve operational issues Prepare reports for senior management on operational performance and strategies Requirements Bachelors degree in Business Administration Retail Management or related field Proven experience as an Operations Manager or similar role in hypermarkets or retail chains Strong leadership organizational and decisionmaking skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to analyze data and prepare reports Knowledge of inventory management sales and customer service best practices Proficiency in MS Office and retail management software
