Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage students. Ability to develop lesson plans and instructional materials. Strong classroom management skills to maintain a conducive learning environment.
The Role
- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging ICT lessons to students.
- Instruct students on computer usage, programming, and internet safety.
- Monitor and assess student progress, providing feedback and support for improvement.
- Encourage critical thinking and problem-solving through project-based learning.
- Maintain and manage ICT resources, ensuring equipment is functional and up-to-date.
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that supports all learners.
- Stay informed on emerging technologies to incorporate into lessons and curriculum.
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to integrate ICT into other subjects.
- Prepare students for ICT exams and certifications as applicable.
