Job Description
We are looking for a Supervisor to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations and ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently. The successful candidate should have at least 1 year of experience in a similar role.
Job Responsibilities:
• Supervise daily operations and ensure tasks are completed efficiently
• Develop and implement procedures to maximize productivity
• Monitor team performance and provide feedback to improve productivity
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations
• Ensure safety regulations are followed
• Maintain records of employee attendance, leave requests, overtime etc.
• Handle customer complaints and inquiries in a professional manner
Required Qualifications:
• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• At least 1 year of experience in a similar role
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail
Salary Range: 1700 AED per month
