Manage the complete sales process including estimation, proposal development, presentations, negotiations, order execution, and payment collection.
Provide technical guidance on HVAC system selection and implementation tailored to Oil & Gas sector requirements.
Achieve sales targets by developing strategies and executing business plans to expand market share.
Lead techno-commercial discussions, finalize projects, and coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution.
Collaborate with factories and cross-functional departments to ensure on-time and efficient project delivery.
Build and maintain strong client relationships, delivering exceptional after-sales support and service.
Participate in special assignments and projects as directed by management. Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
In-depth knowledge of HVAC systems, equipment, and aftermarket solutions in Oil & Gas and Commercial industries.
Solid background in sales, business development, marketing, and negotiation.
Proven ability to translate technical knowledge into client-focused solutions.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer engagement skills.
