Head of Production

Scope of Work Position Title : Head of Production Department : Production Reports To : Project Manager

Role Overview :

The Head of Production will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of production across the channel's content. This includes managing the production team, developing schedules, assigning tasks, maintaining production quality, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. The Head of Production will act as the main point of contact for the production team and may step in as a videographer or editor when needed to support deadlines or fill urgent gaps.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Team Management & Coordination

• Lead and supervise the entire production team, including videographers, editors, assistants, and freelancers.
• Delegate tasks and responsibilities based on project needs and team capacity.
• Conduct regular check-ins to ensure task completion, motivation, and accountability across the team.
