Senior Civil Engineer - Roads

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Senior Civil Engineer – Roads & Infrastructure to join our Operations & Maintenance Department. In this role, you will be actively involved in the planning, supervision, and delivery of road and infrastructure projects across designated geographic areas.

This is a hands-on, field-focused role with the opportunity to make a direct impact on public infrastructure and community development.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily construction and maintenance of roads, sidewalks, and stormwater drainage systems.
• Conduct field inspections to monitor progress and ensure compliance with design standards and safety regulations.
• Assist in identifying and managing technical risks on-site.
• Coordinate with internal departments, contractors, and government stakeholders.
• Support quality control efforts and contribute to project documentation and reporting.
• Prioritize urgent infrastructure projects and manage resources effectively.
• Provide engineering data, statistics, and insights to support planning and decision-making.
