Responsibilities

• Strategic Leadership & Growth : Develop and implement a comprehensive roadmap for hospital expansion, franchise opportunities, and operational excellence.
• Hospital Operations : Oversee daily management, ensuring seamless service delivery, regulatory compliance, and a high standard of patient care.
• Financial Stewardship : Drive financial performance through effective budgeting, cost optimization, and P&L management.
• Expansion & Market Positioning : Identify and execute strategies to scale the hospital's presence in the UAE and beyond.
