We are currently recruiting for an experienced and highly capable IT Project Manager at the Associate level to join the Technology Department supporting a high-performing North America-focused team within a prestigious and globally recognized financial services organization.

This role requires strong project capabilities , technical expertise , and a solid understanding of investment management operations . You will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of IT projects ensuring alignment with strategic goals and compliance with internal policies and industry regulations.

The successful candidate will thrive in a fast-paced international environment and will demonstrate outstanding leadership, communication, and analytical skills.

Key Responsibilities :

Project Planning & Delivery

• Manage the full project lifecycle in accordance with the organization’s project management methodology (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
• Define project scope, objectives, timelines, budgets, and KPIs in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Track progress, manage dependencies, resolve conflicts, and ensure timely delivery.
