Production Supervisor

Responsibilities Supervise daily production activities and coordinate workflow on the shop floor Monitor and maintain quality standards of printed and packaged products Ensure production schedules are met while minimizing waste and downtime Train guide and supervise production staff and operators Coordinate with maintenance teams to ensure machinery is properly serviced and operational Maintain production reports material usage logs and work documentation Ensure compliance with health safety and environmental regulations Implement process improvements to optimize efficiency and reduce costs Skills Required Strong knowledge of printing and packaging processes offset flexography digital etc Production planning and workflow management Quality control and inspection techniques Leadership and team management skills Problemsolving and decisionmaking ability Familiarity with safety protocols in a manufacturing environment Qualifications Experience Diploma or degree in Mechanical Printing Technology or Packaging Technology preferred Minimum 5 years of experience as a supervisor in the printing and packaging industry Handson experience with production machinery and workflow management Benefits Company Visa Accommodation Transportation Medical Insurance Leave Salary and Ticket Gratuity as per UAE labor law
