Fire Alarm Technician

Key Responsibilities Install fire alarm systems detectors control panels and related devices Conduct regular inspections maintenance and testing of fire alarm systems Troubleshoot and repair faulty equipment wiring and connections Ensure compliance with safety standards regulations and manufacturer guidelines Maintain accurate records of installation testing and maintenance activities Coordinate with clients engineers and vendors for system upgrades or replacements Respond to emergency service requests related to fire alarm issues Provide technical support and guidance on system operation to clients Requirements Diploma in Electrical Electronics or Fire Safetyrelated field Proven experience as a Fire Alarm Technician or similar role Knowledge of fire alarm systems detectors and control panels Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and wiring diagrams Familiarity with safety standards and fire codes local and international Good problemsolving skills and attention to detail Physically fit and able to work at heights and in confined spaces if required
