Housekeeping Manager vacancy in Abu-Dhabi UAE

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Housekeeping Manager to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in housekeeping management and customer service .

This position offers a competitive salary of 1200 AED per month . We are open to considering foreign applicants .

The Housekeeping Manager will be responsible for managing the housekeeping department and ensuring all standards are met. Key duties include :

• Overseeing daily operations of the housekeeping department
• Managing staff, assigning tasks, and evaluating performance
• Developing, implementing, and updating policies and procedures
• Ensuring compliance with safety regulations
• Addressing customer complaints
• Tracking expenses and ordering supplies

The successful candidate should possess excellent communication, organizational, problem-solving, and customer service skills . They should be able to work well under pressure, have a strong attention to detail, be highly organized, capable of multitasking, demonstrate good leadership skills, be willing to work flexible hours, and work both independently and as part of a team.
