Position Dispatcher Employment Type Full Time 9 hours day including 1hour break Experience Minimum 3 years of experience in dispatching logistics or fleet coordination Qualification Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent Salary AED 5 6 Location Dubai United Arab Emirates Company AMW Description We are currently seeking a motivated and organized Dispatcher to join our growing operations team at AMW in Dubai The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring efficient daily dispatch operations maintaining communication between departments and supporting overall logistics performance About the Role The Dispatcher will be responsible for scheduling drivers coordinating routes and maintaining accurate records to ensure all customer orders are executed smoothly and on time This role requires strong organizational skills attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple tasks under pressure Key Responsibilities Review daily shift activities and assess pending requests driver schedules and vehicle availability Assign drivers and helpers based on sales orders and client needs Monitor and follow up with drivers to ensure timely completion of assigned routes SKL HL Update and maintain the Daily Dispatch Plan Dispatch Map and Master Sheet Organize and manage all POS and order documentation accurately Track vehicle conditions active under repair or in maintenance and report issues to management Coordinate with the workshop regarding vehicle breakdowns and repairs Manage drivers attendance duty schedules and related HR documentation Supervise and record truck driver activities while maintaining DO books registration cards and licenses Ensure compliance with company safety quality and environmental policies Provide operational support in the absence of supervisors or colleagues as needed Qualifications Experience Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent qualification At least 3 years of experience in dispatching logistics or fleet operations Strong communication and time management skills Familiarity with the waste management or transport sector will be considered an advantage
