About the Role

As a Senior Technology Lead at Horizontal Digital, you will manage, develop, and implement technology solutions for clients. This critical role owns the full technology stack supporting our digital solutions.

You should be a digital technology expert comfortable leading as a player / coach, managing developer resources, and working closely with project teams to define requirements, shape solutions, and ensure quality. You will collaborate across multiple projects with diverse teams including front-end and back-end developers, strategists, project managers, and the UX / creative team. Your goal is to lead a team to produce excellent work, expand our technical capabilities, and meet client digital objectives.
