Head of Promotions is responsible for overseeing all in-house marketing operations in Dubai. This includes direct supervision of the in-house marketing team, maintaining high conversion rates from resort occupancy, ensuring exceptional owner and guest experiences, and seamless coordination with Resort Operations, Front Line Sales, In-House Sales, and Corporate / Regional Marketing leadership. This role is key to achieving budgeted tour flow goals while upholding brand integrity, operational efficiency, and service excellence.

How You’ll Shine

• Directly manage the in-house marketing team, including recruiting, hiring, onboarding, training, performance reviews, coaching, and disciplinary action when necessary.
• Ensure total site marketing conversion is aligned with established company standards.
• Monitor and resolve any issues related to tour statuses, bookings, coding, and guest interactions.
• Maintain accurate and organized records, including invitations and daily tour manifests for audit and reference.
• Prepare and distribute daily and weekly performance reports.
• Track and compile team member performance data for evaluation and improvement.
• Collaborate with In-House and Front Line Sales Managers to align on available tour seats and projected tour flow.
• Communicate all relevant marketing and concierge updates clearly and promptly across departments.
• Coordinate with sales leadership regarding updates or changes to marketing programs, including booking processes and gifting policies.
• Submit accurate and timely employee payroll and commissions data.
• Perform additional related duties and responsibilities as required by site or corporate leadership.
