الوصف الوظيفي8-12 years of experience in Pega and Pega Certified Product Engineer Pega Lead Product Engineer with Architect / CSSA certification is highly desirable Understanding of large and complex code bases, including design techniques Experience in defining business processes using Pega platform for the financial sector System design and implementation; experience in Integration Services of PRPC – Rule-Connects / Services, developing activities, PRPC UI development, and Declarative Processing features Experience in Pega KYC / CLM 8.X (mandatory) CLM / KYC SME for banking from Pega Platform perspective Knowledge of API and JSON to support integration Experience in banking, financial and fintech in an enterprise environment preferred Adherence to coding, security, unit testing, and documentation standards Experience in Agile methodology Ensure quality of technical and application architecture and design of systems Research and benchmark technology against best-in-class options Ability to influence multiple teams on technical considerations and share deep knowledge Self-motivated, able to own and drive initiatives with minimal supervision; collaborative Excellent interpersonal skills to interact with senior and executive management Mid-Senior level Full-time Finance and Information Technology Software Development, Banking, and Financial Services
