Job Title Oracle HRMS TechnoFunctional Consultant Location UAE Company CloudJune Technologies Duration Long Tenure CloudJune Technologies cloudjune com is looking for a skilled Oracle HRMS TechnoFunctional Consultant to join our team in the UAE The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in both the functional and technical aspects of Oracle HRMS and must be fluent in Arabic This is a longterm role with a focus on providing endtoend solutions for HR and payroll functions using Oracle HRMS Key Requirements 5 years of experience in Oracle HRMS as a TechnoFunctional Consultant Proficiency in Core HR Payroll and other HRMS modules Strong handson experience in PL SQL Oracle Forms Reports and Workflows Expertise in functional setups and configurations of Oracle HRMS modules Arabic language proficiency is a must for this role Experience in at least two fullcycle Oracle HRMS implementations Excellent communication skills and ability to work with diverse teams Familiarity with UAE labor laws and HR processes is a plus
