Retail Banking Business Analyst

Provide customer-centric business solutions.

Contribute to business requirements gathering workshops with senior stakeholders.

Understand end-to-end user journeys and develop business solutions.

Possess deep understanding of platforms to recommend implementation approaches for customer-facing web applications, middleware integration, and backend system architecture.

Support the Product Owner in writing effective Product Backlog Items and maintaining prioritized backlogs for multiple products, assisting development teams with estimates.

Assist in story refinement processes.

Collaborate with Product Owners and Tech Leads to prioritize MVPs during sprint cycles and manage backlogs.

Participate in sprint planning, scrum meetings, refinement sessions, retrospectives, and other team activities.

Enforce common structures and guidelines for Business Analyst methodologies in requirement management.

Utilize communication tools like Jira and Tracker Boards effectively.

Encourage team self-organization and empowerment.

Share industry best practices in Agile methodologies.

Provide consultancy, technical guidance, and leadership across teams.

Work closely with Technical Delivery Managers, Program Managers, and Business Experts to ensure visibility and resolution of business challenges.

Engage actively in organizational Agile activities.

Support and promote automated development processes.

Assist teams in implementing process improvements identified during retrospectives.
