Overview
Responsible for acquiring new accounts and growing the sales revenue in the region. Perform RFQ groundwork including preparing proposals for tenders and negotiate to close the deal. Identify potential customers and work closely with key stakeholders from the Technology lines of business. Actively develop sales pipelines to meet the corporate sales target. Drive business opportunities in outsourcing, staffing solutions, and IT services to expand client portfolio. Collaborate with clients to design workforce solutions and managed services models aligned with business needs.

Requirements
Degree in Business Management, Human Resources, Information Technology or equivalent, with experience in the market.Technical expertise with the ability to prospect and manage the entire sales cycle.Strong understanding of local employment laws and regulations.Review and improve recruitment sourcing methods with the client to ensure effective selection techniques and recruitment programs.Strong communication skills and good networking skills on social media, LinkedIn etc.Proven experience in outsourcing, staffing services, and IT sales, with ability to position value-added solutions to clients.Seniority level
