IT Technician

Our client is a leading IT Solutions provider seeking a highly skilled IT Technician to join their growing technical team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will possess strong hands-on experience in computer hardware assembly, system configuration, and troubleshooting across multiple operating systems and platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Assemble and configure gaming PCs, desktops, and laptops according to client specifications.
  
• Perform iOS/macOS system assembly and configuration for Apple devices.
  
• Install and configure various operating systems, including Windows, macOS, and Linux.
  
• Test, benchmark, and ensure optimal hardware and software performance.
  
• Diagnose and troubleshoot both hardware and software issues promptly.
  
• Upgrade and replace key system components such as RAM, SSDs, GPUs, and motherboards.
  
• Set up and troubleshoot basic LAN/WAN networks and related connectivity issues.
  
• Maintain professional cable management and ensure systems are clean and organized.
  
• Accurately maintain build logs, service records, and technical reports.
  
• Provide basic technical support, system guidance, and after-sales assistance to customers.
