Junior Recruiter Job Location UAE Key Responsibilities Recruitment Strategy Development Create effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates and meet the staffing needs of our business Candidate Sourcing and Screening Identify potential candidates by sourcing and screening resumes to ensure we find the best fit for our roles Interview Coordination Conduct phone and inperson interviews to assess candidate qualifications and coordinate interviews with hiring managers Candidate Experience Build and maintain a positive candidate experience that aligns with our brand and values Recruitment Process Management Manage the entire recruitment process from job posting to offer acceptance Hiring Manager Collaboration Work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and requirements Candidate Networking Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive sourcing techniques Job Promotion Utilize social media platforms and job boards to promote job openings and increase visibility Status Updates Provide regular updates to hiring managers on the status of open positions Onboarding and Offboarding Assist in the onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a smooth transition for new hires Record Keeping Maintain accurate and complete recruitment records Recruitment Metrics Analysis Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement Requirements Education Hold a Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business or a related field Experience Have a minimum of 2 years of recruitment experience Success in Recruitment Demonstrate proven success in managing fullcycle recruitment processes Communication Skills Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills Prioritization and Time Management Be able to effectively manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines Applicant Tracking Systems Be proficient in using applicant tracking systems and recruitment software Teamwork Ability to work independently and as part of a team
