Job Description of D365 SCM Consultant -Onsite / Offshore

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced D365 SCM Consultant to join our dynamic team either onsite in Dubai, UAE or in an offshore capacity. In this role, you will be instrumental in implementing, configuring, and optimizing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management modules for our global clients. This is an exciting opportunity to work on high-impact digital transformation projects, collaborate with industry leaders, and deliver solutions that drive operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities of D365 SCM Consultant -Onsite / Offshore

Lead end-to-end implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 SCM modules

Gather client requirements and translate them into functional specifications

Configure SCM modules such as Inventory Management, Procurement, Warehouse Management, and Transportation

Conduct user training sessions and create documentation

Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and enhancements post-deployment

Collaborate with technical teams to ensure solution alignment with business objectives

Support pre-sales activities, including demos and RFP responses when required

Qualification Required for D365 SCM Consultant -Onsite / Offshore

Minimum of 5 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics AX / D365 Supply Chain Management.

Hands-on experience with Order to Cash and Make to Sell processes.

Experience in at least 2 full-cycle implementations of Microsoft D365 SCM.
