Key Responsibilities Supervise structural and piping fabrication works in ship repair and newbuild projects Lead welders fabricators and foremen to ensure timely and highquality output Oversee fabrication activities repair workflow and safety procedures Coordinate with engineers and project teams for daily execution plans Requirements Minimum 10 years experience including 2 years in a supervisory role Marine Ship Repair or NewBuild background is mandatory Strong experience in structural and piping fabrication UAE Driving License is an advantage
