Real Estate Team Leader

Overview

Elevate Realty is a boutique real estate brokerage firm seeking an experienced and results-driven Team Leader – Secondary Market / Off Plan to manage, mentor, and elevate a team of 3–5 real estate agents specializing in a defined area. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in these communities, a proven track record in closing resale deals, and the ability to demonstrate success in managing and growing a high-performing sales team.

Responsibilities

• Lead, train, and mentor a team of 3–5 agents
• Set and monitor sales targets for each community / agent
• Provide hands-on coaching in sales techniques, negotiation, and market-specific strategies for the resale and off-plan sectors
• Assist agents in closing transactions, handling client objections, and optimizing deal structures
• Leverage existing client networks to generate new leads in assigned areas
• Keep the team updated on market trends, pricing shifts, and competitive insights
• Maintain high levels of client satisfaction through professionalism and top-tier service
• Report performance metrics and sales updates to senior management
• Ensure compliance with RERA regulations and company policies
