Financial Management

• Oversee OPEX and CAPEX budgeting requirements, financial forecasts and P&L's
• Prepare weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual client reports
• Create governance documents, property operations plans, and policies / procedures

Property & Asset Management Responsibilities

Reporting & Quality Control

The successful candidate will perform all necessary functions for effective and efficient management of the property according to industry protocols and international standards.
