Responsibilities include, but are not limited to :

• Establishing working procedures for staff to ensure high standards of customer service;
• Overseeing daily restaurant operations;
• Ensuring compliance with health & safety regulations;
• Coordinating staff schedules;
• Hiring, training, supervising, coaching, and disciplining staff;
• Monitoring staffing levels against customer demand;
• Handling customer complaints professionally;
• Assisting in menu development and promotional activities.
