Job Title : Site Engineer - Steel Structure

Department : Engineering

Location : Dubai / Sharjah

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the site, including supervising and monitoring the site labor force and subcontractors.
• Ensure all materials used and work performed meet project specifications.
• Oversee the selection and requisition of materials.
• Interpret and monitor the design and drawings supplied by the client.
• Liaise with consultants, subcontractors, supervisors, quantity surveyors, and the general workforce involved in the project.
• Plan and organize the work efficiently to meet deadlines, including site facilities management.
• Oversee quality control and health and safety matters on site.
• Prepare reports as required.
• Check materials and work in progress for compliance with specified requirements.
• Ensure observance of safety requirements.
• Implement quality control in accordance with approved method statements, quality plans, and inspection and test plans.
• Provide data regarding variation orders and site instructions.
• Prepare record drawings, technical reports, and maintain the site diary.
