RPS is seeking a passionate and experienced Inclusion Teacher-Maternity Cover to join our team on a maternity cover basis, ensuring that every child receives the support they need to thrive academically, socially, and emotionally.

Role Overview :

RPS is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Inclusion Teacher- Maternity Cover to join our vibrant and dynamic team. This role provides an exciting opportunity to inspire and nurture young minds, ensuring that every child receives a high-quality education in a supportive and engaging environment.

Successful candidates will have :

• Bachelor's Degree with QTS or PGCE in Early Years Education or international equivalent .
• Experience in Inclusion / SEND.
• A deep understanding of inclusive teaching strategies.
• A minimum of 2 years teaching experience.
• Proven track record of working with children aged 3 years – 11 years.
• Experience of working in a British curriculum school.
• A passion for working with children and a commitment to fostering their academic and personal growth.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Experience of adding value to a reputable educational organisation.
• Experience of working as a team member in a school environment.
• Experience of maintaining confidentiality.
• Experience of working in a multi-cultural setting.
