The Role

We are looking for a Systems DataAnalyst for our Operations team, who will be responsible for leveraging dataanalytics across various operational systems to identify opportunities for reductionof alerts / exceptions, process optimization, automation, and productivityenhancement. This role is critical to building a “smart operations” framework,enabling efficiency, reducing manual interventions, and improving servicedelivery.

What You’ll Do :

• Analyzedata from multiple operational systems, including :
• FinancialCrime Compliance (FCC) systems (transaction monitoring, name screening,CDD, and fraud detection).
• Reconciliationsystems (both financial and transactional).
• Callcenter and customer support systems.
• Operationstransactional and reporting platforms.
• Identifysystem-level process gaps and inefficiencies; propose actionable solutionsand automation opportunities.
• Developand maintain dashboards and reporting frameworks to monitor operationalperformance and efficiency metrics.
• Partnerwith Operations, IT, Risk, and Compliance teams to implement data-drivenprocess enhancements.
• Driveinitiatives to reduce alert and exception volumes through rule tuning andparameter optimization (particularly in FCC and reconciliation systems).
• Evaluateand recommend tools and technologies to enhance automation and analyticscapabilities.
• Supportdigital transformation initiatives within the Operations function,ensuring data-backed decision-making.
• Conductroot cause analysis for recurring operational issues and design processimprovements.
• Providemanagement insights and presentations on operational performance, trends,and efficiency gains.
