Location Dubai UAE Are you a passionate pastry professional with experience in largescale bakery production Join our growing Bakery Manufacturing Team in Dubai as a Pastry Sous Chef Start Date Immediate Industry Central Kitchen Food Manufacturing KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Assist in planning and supervising daily bakery production Lead and motivate the team in the absence of the Executive Chef Maintain consistent quality and presentation of baked goods Train mentor and support kitchen staff Oversee inventory ordering and reduce food waste Develop and test new recipes for breads pastries and cakes Ensure strict adherence to hygiene and food safety standards HACCP Support scaling production and manage daily job orders REQUIREMENTS 4 years of experience as a Sous Chef or Senior Baker Proven background in a largescale bakery or manufacturing setting Culinary Arts Bakery Pastry diploma or degree Strong leadership and communication skills Solid knowledge of HACCP and food safety practices Must be currently based in Dubai Available to join immediately
