As a Culinary Intern , you will have a great opportunity to join our Culinary Division. The selected candidate will have the opportunity to be fully immersed in the area, learning at different levels of responsibility, and working with a team. You will also provide excellent customer service, maintaining high standards of hospitality and guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare fresh ingredients for cooking according to recipes / menu.
• Cook food and prepare top-quality menu items in a timely manner.
• Test foods to ensure proper preparation and temperature.
• Operate kitchen equipment safely and responsibly.
• Ensure the proper sanitation and cleanliness of surfaces and storage containers.
• Work with hotel colleagues to keep excellent service standards.
• Be prepared to assist other Shangri-La colleagues / departments in a thoughtful manner.
• Empathetically listen to client queries / complaints and work with colleagues / management to find solutions.
