The Role :

Advising fund managers, institutional investors, and financial institutions on fund formation, structuring, and regulatory matters.Working across a broad range of private equity, venture capital, real estate, and hedge funds.Providing strategic guidance on fundraising, governance, and compliance.Collaborating with a top-tier international team in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Requirements :
