At SARA Group, efficiency meets authenticity. We’re looking for a Logistics Coordinator to oversee and streamline the movement of goods across the UAE and GCC. You’ll manage the full logistics cycle—from arranging bookings and handling customs clearance to ensuring timely deliveries and cost efficiency. You’ll collaborate with procurement, warehouse, and external partners to ensure every shipment arrives as planned, while keeping compliance and optimization at the heart of your work.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments (air, sea, and land) to ensure smooth delivery across the UAE and GCC
• Arrange bookings with freight forwarders, shipping lines, and carriers while balancing timelines and costs
• Manage customs clearance procedures, apply accurate HS codes, and ensure full compliance with UAE and GCC regulations
• Track ETD / ETA, update stakeholders, and proactively resolve delays or disruptions
• Prepare, review, and maintain shipping documents (invoices, packing lists, COO, B / L, etc.) and keep accurate shipment and delivery records
• Collaborate with procurement and warehouse teams to ensure a smooth flow of goods from suppliers to end customers
• Manage claims related to damages, shortages, or delays with suppliers, insurers, or forwarders
• Support cost control and continuously look for opportunities to reduce freight and logistics expenses
• Support and improve processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy in daily operations
