Civil Foreman

Key Responsibilities Supervise daily onsite civil construction activities including concrete works formwork rebar masonry finishing and structural installations Ensure compliance with design drawings specifications and UAE construction standards Coordinate with Project Engineers Site Managers and QA QC teams to ensure smooth execution Monitor work progress quality and safety adherence on site Maintain daily progress reports and site documentation Identify and resolve site issues or discrepancies promptly Ensure adherence to HSE regulations and permittowork systems Key Skills Strong knowledge of highrise building construction processes Expertise in structural civil and finishing works Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications Experience in managing teams and subcontractors Knowledge of UAE construction codes safety standards and site regulations Problemsolving and decisionmaking on site Excellent communication and coordination skills Attention to quality timelines and safety Qualification Experience Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering or related field preferred Minimum 10 years of UAE experience in highrise building construction Proven experience as Civil Foreman or Site Supervisor on largescale projects
