POSITION SUMMARY

Our Guest Experience Experts take the initiative to deliver a wide range of services that guide guests throughout their stay. They are empowered to move freely within their space to complete their tasks, whether processing operational needs, addressing guest requests, completing reports, or sharing local highlights. The Guest Experience Expert makes transactions feel like part of the overall experience.
No matter the position, certain principles are critical to success : creating a safe workplace, following company policies and procedures, maintaining confidentiality, protecting company assets, upholding quality standards, and ensuring professional appearance and communication. Guest Experience Experts will be on their feet and moving around (standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods) and take a hands-on approach to work (lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and placing objects weighing up to 10 pounds without assistance). Performing these duties well, along with other reasonable tasks, is essential for delivering excellent service to our guests and supporting our business each day.
