Planning Manager

Key Responsibilities Develop and oversee comprehensive project planning and scheduling strategies Lead a team of planning engineers and coordinators Monitor project progress identify risks and implement mitigation plans Coordinate with project managers stakeholders and contractors Ensure compliance with contractual and company standards Review and approve project schedules reports and updates Identify resource requirements and manage planning team workload Support project cost control and change management processes Qualifications Minimum 15 years of experience in project planning and management Proven leadership and team management skills Extensive experience with project planning tools Primavera P6 MS Project Strong understanding of project management principles and standards Experience in oil gas construction or large infrastructure projects preferred Bachelor s degree in Engineering Project Management or related field PMP or similar certification is a plus
