Overview

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Design Manager Roads to join our team. In this role you will get to develop and supervises the creation of engineering products that meet customer quality requirements.

Responsibilities

• Conduct design reviews and provide technical guidance to the team.
• Ensure the design aligns with client requirements, and is in compliance with current UAE legislation, industry standards and specifications where appropriate.
• Participate in establishing practices, templates, policies, tools and partnerships to manage the design and its approval, across the project stakeholders.
• Manage the day-to-day roads design monitoring activities and actively participate in the construction team design requirement meetings.
• Ensure that all roads design related project KPIs, targets, directions and instructions are communicated to all relevant project stakeholders in a clear and timely manner.
• Perform feasibility studies, detailed design and proposals for evaluation.
• Review temporary road designs, traffic management plans, signages.
• Managing the consultants and contractors from design related elements.
