Job Description
- Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using advanced scheduling tools, ensuring timely project delivery and resource allocation.
- Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to identify project milestones, dependencies, and critical paths for optimal efficiency.
- Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies to minimize potential delays and budget overruns throughout the project lifecycle.
- Analyze and report on schedule performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement to senior management.
- Lead regular project meetings to discuss progress, address issues, and adjust timelines as necessary to keep projects on track.
- Prepare comprehensive documentation for project plans, including progress reports, change orders, and schedule updates.
- Facilitate communication between various teams, ensuring all parties are informed of schedule changes and project developments.
- Utilize Earned Value Management (EVM) techniques to assess project performance and forecast future trends and outcomes.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field; a Master's degree is preferred for advanced roles.Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in planning and scheduling within large-scale construction or engineering projects.Professional certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional) or PMI-SP (Scheduling Professional) are highly desirable.Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and generate actionable insights for project improvement.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively convey project updates to diverse stakeholders.Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to strict deadlines and budget constraints.Employment Type : Full Time
