Kindergarten Teacher (KG Teacher)

Overview

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Kindergarten Teacher (ADEK Approved) for a reputable school in Al Ain. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning implementing and evaluating lesson plans while creating an engaging and nurturing environment for young learners. This role requires patience, creativity and the ability to foster a positive and supportive atmosphere in which children can thrive both academically and personally.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and Implement Teaching Plans : Design comprehensive teaching plans that cater to the developmental needs of young children ensuring that lessons are both educational and engaging.
• Teach Foundational Skills : Teach essential early childhood skills such as the alphabet, numeracy and social-emotional development fostering a love of learning in children.
• Organize Learning Materials : Utilize and organize learning materials ensuring they are age-appropriate, accessible and effective in enhancing the children\'s learning experiences.
• Incorporate Diverse Teaching Methods : Use a variety of instructional strategies including songs, stories, media, structured games, art and outdoor activities to engage children and cater to different learning styles.
• Parent Communication : Maintain open and constructive communication with parents providing updates on their child\'s progress, behavior and development.
• Assess and Track Progress : Regularly assess student performance and development identifying areas for improvement and adjusting teaching methods accordingly.
• Guide Social Development : Observe and guide children\'s social interactions promoting cooperation, sharing and positive behavior in the classroom.
• Collaboration : Work closely with other teachers, administrative staff and the school community to create a supportive learning environment.
• Safety and Standards : Ensure adherence to teaching standards, safety regulations and best practices in the classroom.
