Job Position Payroll Accountant Company Name Samra Jewellery For its commitment to craftsmanship quality and excellence To join Head Office in JLT Dubai Responsibilities Independently and accurately process monthly payroll for covering WPS and NonWPS ensuring compliance with UAE statutory requirements and timelines Calculate and process salary increments overtime leave entitlements and accruals deductions adjustments and End of Service Benefits EOSB as per the MOHRE Law Allocate salary costs as part of job costing across multiple cost centres Facilitate electronic salary transfers to banks and other financial institutions Prepare annual salary reports and assist during external audits Maintain accurate and complete payroll records and documentation in line with HR policies Reconcile payroll and employeerelated general ledger accounts Act as a point of contact for management and employees regarding payroll related queries Conduct research and provide recommendations on payroll procedures compliance and process improvements Liaise closely with Human Resources Officers to ensure accurate employee data Manage petty cash replenishment limit AED 30 Oversee Administrative and PRO cash replenishment including online portal accounts Issue and reconcile travel advances in compliance with the company policy Support other members of the Finance team as required by the Finance Manager Desired Candidate Profile 3 5 years of proven experience in payroll accounting Retail industry experience preferred jewellery or luxury retail is an advantage Strong knowledge of UAE payroll laws WPS and MOHRE regulations High level of accuracy confidentiality and attention to detail Strong communication and coordination skills Preferable who can be available to join immediately
