A passion for social media – you know how to create content that gets attention and drives engagement. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Highly organized and proactive, with the ability to manage multiple roles at once. Energetic, driven, and eager to grow with one of Dubai’s fastest-growing real estate companies. What You'll Do
- Source and attract top real estate talent through proactive outreach HEADHUNTING!!! on platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and other social channels.
- Create and manage engaging social media content that showcases our company culture, job openings, and success stories.
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline for ongoing and future hiring needs.
- Conduct initial screening calls and interviews , evaluating candidates' fit for sales roles.
- Collaborate with the recruitment lead and sales managers to meet hiring goals.
- Continuously analyze and optimize recruitment campaigns and social media strategies.
